Had to stay in Charlotte for work for a few days because of the snow. Finally got home this morning to this.

Last year we didn't get out as much as we wanted and our trips were put on hold (helping family) but this year's a go! Old Duck wrote:

Glad I didn't dewinterize the trailer and stayed home. Bummed we could go, but the taxes are done so now we can really play.
We are just north of you Old Duck and we had the same idea as you. We ended up staying home as well :)- Yay, 8 more inches of snow today! Now I love snow, but I`m done now.
LET`S GO SPRING!!!! - I'm sooooooooooo ready!! Might make it above freezing for a few days, starting Wednesday, for the first time in forever? But not until we had another night of zub-zero and some more snow tomorrow. Just can't seem to catch a break!

Old Duck, you should have gone out over New Years!! While the valley was cold and foggy, that coast was warmish and clear!! What a way to spend New Years!!
