Don't be mad. You have a warranty, and this may not be the only defect you find in the next year, so prepare yourself. I can understand you wanting them to make it right, so call Keystone and get the ball rolling. They'll instruct you on the what/where. To those who would just fix it; yes, you could, but lets suppose your fix doesn't hold and THEN you take it in for warranty coverage. They MAY deny it because you altered it.
