Sorry to hear about your dilemma, unfortunately these RVs are built as fast as they can push them out the factory door. Keystone will have to step up to the plate and fix this warranty issue, do a thorough test of all systems as there may be other issues lurking and can be fixed at the same time.
Many have purchased their rigs out of state to save $$$ and when warranty issues arise it can be challenging trying to get warranty service as the in state dealers are not under any obligation to fix your RV. These local dealers will probably help you out eventually but they attend to their customers first.
When owning an RV it pays to be handy with tools as they need continuous upkeep and maintenance. I have fixed some of the small issues we had under warranty in lieu of dragging our rig down to the dealer and waiting who knows how long to get it repaired, only to find out repair was poorly done.
Here's hoping you get your RV fixed in a timely manner and that you get all the enjoyment you expected when making such a large investment. We love RVing and although it can be tasking at times, the memories with our kids and spouses makes the effort very rewarding.
