The RV industry as a whole should be ashamed of their low quality. They are not however as we keep buying this stuff. Your couch is an easy fix as previously outlined. You saved cash buying elsewhere but now you have to make friends with a local dealer for warranty work. You can be mad, but it won't help. Work through it. There are good times ahead.
