If it were me I would call Keystone and allow them the opportunity to make it right before I started monkeying with it.
Call Keystone. Explain your story to them in a polite, professional manner. Don't be the 'angry guy', don't be demanding. Ask for help. Follow their process to see where it takes you. Abort the mission and attempt to repair it yourself if you are not pleased with the results. You have a warranty, use it.
I have dealt with Keystone in the past and I was pleased with the outcome.
In the meantime start learning all the systems and how it's constructed because after a year you're on your own.
