Call Keystone. Explain your story to them in a polite, professional manner. Don't be the 'angry guy', don't be demanding. Ask for help. Follow their process to see where it takes you. Abort the mission and attempt to repair it yourself if you are not pleased with the results. You have a warranty, use it.
I couldn't agree more. Anger and name calling will get you nowhere! Try and just ask them for "help" and see if they won't allow you to get a Mobile RV Tech out to your place. The round trip mileage is too much.

I am mad within lol.....I have been very diplomatic so far. I did find 2 mobile rv services in our town...I was surprised...I called one and they said they do Keystone warranty work and could come straight out, I said I needed to hear back from Keystone/Dutchmen first to get the OK.
