OK his problem is not that major that it cannot be fixed.
I guess he could haul it back to the selling dealer and drop the whole mess in their lap. However taking unit back to selling dealer is not without its own set of pitfalls and expenses. The other option is to find a local guy to fix it.
Voiding the warranty is kind of relative, If Keystone refuses to pay a local guy to fix it. What good is the warranty anyway?!
