OK his problem is not that major that it cannot be fixed.
I guess he could haul it back to the selling dealer and drop the whole mess in their lap. However taking unit back to selling dealer is not without its own set of pitfalls and expenses. The other option is to find a local guy to fix it.
Voiding the warranty is kind of relative, If Keystone refuses to pay a local guy to fix it. What good is the warranty anyway?!
If I am the OP my concern would be, Split support, could be a symptom, not the cause. When I, at least look at the pictures, I am somewhat concerned the slide out frame is twisted, or improperly installed. Sure kinda looks that way to me on page three.
In which case the old glue and screw fix won't work very long and he is gonna want that warranty
