IF you find other stuff it may be worth complaining about but from here it looks like putting the top bolt back in. I can't think of many trips where I haven't had to turn a screwdriver as some point. Take the bottom bolt out first and then put some glue on both bolts to keep them from working out again. Then wait for the next thing to break.
They are usually pretty small and easy repairs that keep you from making dinner. "I can't help, I have to fix this damn sofa!" ;)
