Maybe it's just old age, but I find this thread confusing. :?
The first post says the sofa is the only thing on the slide out, but I believe (perhaps I'm wrong) that the problem of one side being 2" lower than the other, is actually with the slide out and not the sofa. Would a slide out even work with one side being off by 2 inches ?
The OP goes on to say that he discovered the problem 0n 11/2 and contacted Keystone on 11/6, I believe. He states that he hasn't heard back yet on this issue, but on other warranty claims, was given a case number and told who to use for repairs. Being that he says he has never pulled a travel trailer before, what other warranty claims are we talking about in that short a time period, assuming we're talking about this trailer ? :?
