Okay, I heard back from Keystone:
"Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the issues that you have encountered. Please contact your local authorized Dutchmen dealer to set up an appointment to have this diagnosed. Once diagnosed the dealer will submit a pre-authorization to our service department for review."
This sounds like it is a long, drawn out process, is this usually how the warranty process works?
