Unfortunately It can be a long process, Exactly why a few experienced RV'ers suggested the OP fix the issue himself if he is a capable DIY kind of guy.
Next option is finding a capable mobile service.
The last and most frustrating,slow, drawn out process is having it repaired via the dealer.
