We have a good RV place about the same distance the other direction and I asked Keystone about taking it there, here is their response:
"I would strongly encourage you to take the unit to an authorized Keystone dealer, as I cannot promise warranty coverage at a non-authorized dealer. If you choose to take your unit to a non-authorized dealer you would need to pay for repairs out of pocket and submit for reimbursement."
Looks like a sub-par job at Camping World or try and work on it myself.
