I know there are service centers that do approved warranty work on RVs, even though they are not listed as an "official" service center. Sometimes the RV owner does not, for various reasons, want to bring their RV to the selling dealer or a listed approved service center, or the aforementioned can't fix the problem. Then the manufacturers will approve the work to be done by another unofficially approved service center, that they more than likely know, is capable of doing the repair, and more importantly doing it correctly.
