I am sorry but with so many Rv'ers expressing this kind of Lassaize Faire attitude toward RV quality and workmanship it's no wonder that so many are so shoddily built. If this is what we as customers are willing to accept it will continue. If however we as a group send the unambiguous message to RV Manufacturers that this kind of shoddy workmanship and design is not going to be tolerated they will change. It is only because we accept it that it continues.
Definitely hold them to their warranty and Continue to publicize this kind of thing and their response to fixing it.
