I have contacted Keystone with pictures, plus when we went to pick it up, it was parked on a tar parking lot. The base of the power jack had a pile of gravel/mud on it which I thought weird. I went to lift the jack and had no power, then I realized I had asked him to disconnect the (brand new) battery so that it wouldn't discharge as fast. Looked in the battery box and it was connected, guess what a flat battery. Who knows how good that battery is going to be now.
Got home and I am now thinking that maybe he dragged it around out to the parking lot because the battery was flat, hence the gravel on the jack. The outside casing of (new) 7 pin plug looks like it has been dragged about as it's really scratched up.
