I am SO disappointed in Texas Parks and Wildlife

Remember all the parks and COE are trying to run things and keep everything open with no money. Volunteer help, paid or unpaid is probably low on the list, they get paid as long as the gate is open. But, none of the money holders really care, its just money that gets to stay in their pockets. I do think Texas is one of the better ones so far.. In other places, it is really getting bad.
