To everyone pounding on the O.P., I wonder what you people would think it the shoe was on the other foot. :R
I'm not going to "pound" on the OP, nor do I think most people were... however these are the facts...
The OP made a deal for the 2017. He had every opportunity to look and see what options and what patterns and what floorplan was available before he purchased. He agreed to purchase this exact trailer and agreed for the price. There was ZERO deception here.
He is just angry (right or wrong) that AFTER he purchased his 2017, they made changes to his 2017. I get that he is upset and wishes he would have waited... but life isn't like that.
I can buy stock X today, and later today the stock price could drop in half. Turns out I could have gotten a better deal if I waited... but I didn't. I agreed to pay the price for the stock at the time I bought it and was satisfied with the purchase and the stock when I bought. I can't cry sour grapes because someone got a better deal, or because the stock split, or anything else like that. It is what it is.
OP was fine with his purchase at the time of purchase, he should be fine with it now. Would I be a little upset if the changes made the newer version nicer... probably, but I was fine with the model when I bought it.
Sorry you don't like your new camper, even though you liked it when you bought it. Look at it this way... things are ALWAYS going to get upgraded and have cooler options. My in-laws bought a 2016 Jayco that had a bunch of upgrades over my 2015 Jayco. So be it!
