I don't consider this a legitimate complaint, and therefore I will not file a complaint as was requested.
However, I am sincerely sorry that the purchase of a new RV was a disappointment. It should be something to be happy about, but far too often with RV's it is not. I hope you can enjoy many years of camping in your new unit.
