My 2017 matches 2016 documentation 100%.
RinconVTR wrote:That's a non-sequitur. Ford advertised that specific change prior to the 2015 model year, and specifically said the change would occur for the 2015 models. You, on the other hand, bought a TT before the changes you're complaining about were even announced or available. The manufacturer clearly doesn't link feature changes to model years, and didn't make any promise to you about a feature being present.
By some of your logic, if you go out and buy a 2015 F-150 and find magnets stick to it, that's just the way the industry works? You got what you paid for?
Furthermore, you bought off the lot, knew exactly what you were getting at the time of purchase, and decided to buy that particular unit. It's common knowledge that off-the-lot units may be different than standard offerings. Dealers may order them with additional options, may delete features, may get special builds with non-standard options, etc. Again, if that unit didn't provide equitable value for what you paid, it's your own fault for buying it in the first place. It was purely your decision to buy it, no one force you or claimed it was anything other than what it actually was.
It appears that the manufacturer went above and beyond, giving you some items of value which they clearly didn't owe you, just because you complained. Kudos to them, they're a manufacturer people should want to buy from. You're obviously unreasonable, and lucky that they simply don't sue you for libel and otherwise for your statement that they deceived you, and your encouraging others to report their legal, above-board, and ethical actions to regulators as if they were dishonest, which is clearly not true.
You would find life much more enjoyable if you realized that you're responsible for your own decisions, and the rest of the world doesn't owe you anything.
