There is no real deception here. New models are continuously being rolled out.
Upgrades and deletions are constantly being made. THe RV manufacturers do post disclaimers that are legit because it is just part of the manufacturing process. Brochures and literature cannot be recalled and redistributed in sync with the build process.
The earlier you buy in the build cycle the more likely your unit will not have all the upgrades.
Disclaimers are are included in all the literature. Unfortunately the OP got caught in a bad cycle but the disclaimers are there to warn buyers changes may occurr. The reality is literature and actual units are seldom in sync, however that is what the disclaimers are all about
