If for any reason you decide to trade it in at a dealer and buy a new RV, you *might* find the dealer making you an offer based on the year from the VIN using Blue Book pricing. Then you would be losing the difference between a 2016 and 2017.
Unless I am mistaken, the OP's trailer IS a 2017, its title lists it as a 2017, therefore it is a 2017.
He is upset because even though it is a 2017, it is spec'd out identical to the 2016 model (which he knew at the time of purchase and walk through), as opposed to having the new features of the 2017.
He has not a single leg to stand upon for any legal issues. He bought a 2017. He has a 2017. He had the right to inspect it before signing any paperwork. He is upset because AFTER he bought it, he realized that later models had upgraded features, options or floorplans.
