I had a similar thing happened to me. We ordered a 2014 Keystone Cougar.When the model came in, it was a 2015 and there were several design changes from the one we thought we ordered. We actually liked the changes that were made except for the fact that it was 18 inches longer and almost 500 lbs heavier which put it very close to the towing weight of our tow vehicle.
