Thanks for the replies guys. The filter on the pump looks great. I don't think I have any valves to turn on or off. This is my 4th year with the trailer and I have never touched or seen any valves othe than the water heater bypass. The city water has a different inlet than the tank fill. The strange thing is, that the pump seemed to work when the tank was overflowing and then it stopped.
