- naturistNomadSounds like you're in real pain over it. Stop gloating, will ya?
- Winnebago_BobExplorerBeen doing it for three years between March and October. Since mid-February I think we've been home a week, and not all at the same time.
Granted, we don't go all that far from home, but when you live where we live there isn't any reason to. - DiskDoctrExplorer

"Grinning" is more like it. I'm sure someone with as many states colored in as you have can understand the "pain" I'm in right now. :C - DiskDoctrExplorer

That's awesome! What are do you hail from? - spoon059Explorer IIWe went to the beach last weekend, Saturday thru Tuesday. Came home and worked Wednesday and Thursday. This is my long weekend, Friday thru Sunday off. Next week I work Monday thru Thursday and leave Friday morning for the lake for a week with a big group of friends. That's a pretty good 2 week stretch for a mid 30's, full time employee with a wife and 2 kids!!!
- Dutch_12078Explorer IISince our RV is our home, we don't go through those "withdrawal" pains in the winter anymore, but I surly do remember how great it was when we could start taking trips again in the spring! Now we call a few days or a week or so at our Adirondack get away cottage once in awhile our "vacation"... ;)
- TNGW1500SEExplorerAt home we have 23 acres of woods an indoor pool and a fire pit. I don't care to stay home some ;)
- Yea but a little short notice for my job... And when we get back DW is usually done for a bit. Shall see how it changes after retirement.
Now if you can find a way to get on-line while camped you may never return home :) - Searching_UtExplorerWe're way behind on camping for the year, as we didn't do any this year until Memorial day weekend. Actually worked as much OT as possible, then retired using Memorial date as the retirement date for both of us. Since then, a week camping, week doing things around the house that needed worked. No camping in July as we have several family obligations that will result in us being on the road, but not with the RV. August, Sept, and half of August will be on the road. Not only smiling now, but getting to stay in one place while camping to really get to explore the area in depth. Where before we generally could only stay or so days, on we can spend a week or more.
- campinginthewooExplorerJust got back from 14 days straight :B :B :B
