Exactly! You should get to know your RV a little better. What if there was a fire and you couldn't get to the door? My toy hauler has escape windows on both ends. Obviously they are not the most convenient way to exit the trailer and you could even get injured climbing out the one in the bedroom because it sits very high, but you should never feel trapped inside.
I think me and that tech would have had a less than gentlemanly conversation after he pulled that trick!
