They could have told the sick guy to get the frick out or they won't be fixing the rig. Or maybe they should have moved the rig with the stairs and railing extended and when they got damaged we could be reading a thread about how stupid Camping World is since they moved the poor customer's rig without properly stowing the stairs and railing, like any good service center would. This tech and Camping World service center was trying to help out someone who was feeling ill. Apparently to some, helping out someone who is sick is the job of a doctor or hospital and Camping World should butt out.Locky wrote:
You should have your fire escape windows that push out.
Exactly! You should get to know your RV a little better. What if there was a fire and you couldn't get to the door? My toy hauler has escape windows on both ends. Obviously they are not the most convenient way to exit the trailer and you could even get injured climbing out the one in the bedroom because it sits very high, but you should never feel trapped inside.
I think me and that tech would have had a less than gentlemanly conversation after he pulled that trick!
If it was my shop and you had the "ungentlemanly" conversation after I went out of my way to help you out, we would be reading a thread about how you got tossed out of a repair shop without getting your repairs, even though you had an appointment, for no reason whatsoever. At least that would be what your side of the story would probably be.
