Either he has an exceptionally well-designed, smoothly operating manual awning or we have an exceptionally stubborn one. Flipping a lever? That's the least cooperative lever I've ever had to flip. If there's something we could adjust to make it easier, I'd sure like to know what it is.
And eventually the pawl and dog system the lever operates wears out. Changing one can be an experience with all that spring tension.
