You already know the answer I think. Is there a valid reason keeping you in the Boise area? If not you need to move. You didn't say how old you are but said you have good health and skills. There are so many work camper opportunities out there that its really unlimited as to where you can go and work and live cheaper. From Disney to Amazon fulfilment centers you can get decent paying work along with some RV parks that need maintenance help. if your RV is in good condition and you have confidence that it will be reliable enough to not break down and cost you big repair bucks then hit the road and start a new chapter in your life.
