I so hear you, it must be the time of year also that causes those feelings. To cold to head north, but spring like weather south making you think you should be home getting the gardens planted and the house aired out.
Being under 50 and single in a snowbird park must be hard. What you have to do is find a park that does not allow park models. This will force the snowbirds to be younger if not in age, then in spirit. It still will not be perfect, but it will be better.
