I need a good disposable glove solution for dumping

Have any of you found a good disposable glove that you are happy with to keep in your water bay? I've got two problems with the cheap box of gloves I found at Home Depot: They are hard to put on ...

It's Harbor Freight XL blues for me also. Can't beat their sale price too. $7.99 per box of 100. ;)
