I need a good disposable glove solution for dumping

Have any of you found a good disposable glove that you are happy with to keep in your water bay? I've got two problems with the cheap box of gloves I found at Home Depot: They are hard to put on ...

Have you tried not using any? no need for them if everything is clean and dry, just wash afterwards. Even if I used gloves I would still wash afterwards.

Just a thought.
