Thing is. I do NOT use a dump station. Why? Because I don't want to. I do use my bathroom when I have full hookups, because I can wash out the tanks at my leisure. Can't at a dump station. I don't lay on the ground, or dig beside the pipe. I simply place the hose spout in the pipe. I don't have to touch it. And as mentioned above. I have cleaned many diapers. AND did you know. You cannot catch anything from your family's waste, or blood, that you don't already have. How do I know that? My diabetic doc explained it to me. You and your family share so many common things. You have the same stuff in your systems.
When the CG doesn't have full hookups. We use the CG facilities. Why? See above.
