I need a good disposable glove solution for dumping

Two guys are in the restroom at a factory. They finish their business, one starts to walk out the door without washing his hands. The other guy says,"hey don't you see the sign, all employees must wash hands before returning to work". The other guy replies, "it's okay, I'm not going back to the line, I'm going to lunch". By the way, I wear the harbor freight or Costco disposable gloves, just because they're cheap and it makes me feel better.
