I need a good disposable glove solution for dumping

Have any of you found a good disposable glove that you are happy with to keep in your water bay? I've got two problems with the cheap box of gloves I found at Home Depot: They are hard to put on ...

good idea for initial protection but where you lay them or store them and when you reuse them you spread whatever is on them.
