Thank you to all who have made suggestions. I ordered the X-large Nitrile gloves as a few of you have suggested.
As to whether or not you should wear gloves, I think that's really up to all of you. Personally, I'm more comfortable wearing gloves while disconnecting or connecting the sewage hoses; in between, dumps, I simply wash my hands.
But for Pete's sake, why are some of you so dogmatic about this? This isn't that important. Wear them if you want or don't if you don't, but I don't think anyone's position on this is decidedly better or worse than anyone else's. There seem to be happy campers on both sides of this issue. Having said that, I have enjoyed reading everyone's thoughts on this.
