I need a good disposable glove solution for dumping

Have any of you found a good disposable glove that you are happy with to keep in your water bay? I've got two problems with the cheap box of gloves I found at Home Depot: They are hard to put on ...

Um where is the bagging equipment when you take it off? How will I get it off and wad it up without touching it? OMG I just can't win :-)
