I need a good disposable glove solution for dumping

Have any of you found a good disposable glove that you are happy with to keep in your water bay? I've got two problems with the cheap box of gloves I found at Home Depot: They are hard to put on ...

When you flush the toilet in a restroom there is not a 30 gallon tank of raw sewage behind it! :W

I don't put my hands in the poop, I just hold the outside of the hose, when finished, I wash my hands with soap and water
