I remember climbing into the SixPac camper, and all us kids laying in the cabover bunk during the long drives to wherever we were going. Loved that feeling - it's why I went with a classic class C.
I remember my parents sleeping in the cabover, my little sister sleeping on the love seat fold out bed, and my older sister and I sleeping in the fold out bunk bed over the dinette. I remember always having to sleep on the inside of that bunk bed and shoving my face against the tiny window to overcome the claustrophobia (if I had my choice I'd have kept the camper and gotten rid of the sister).
I remember 3 kids, 2 adults, 1-3 large dogs, and 1-2 small dogs all fitting perfectly comfortably in that small, no slide, camper.
I remember the only things to do when camping were catching lizards, frogs, bugs; hiking the trails; exploring the forests; swimming in the lake/river; playing cards; talking around the campfire; fishing/clamming; and just running around without getting yelled at.
