We had one of those too - the entire trailer converted to one big bed.
I remember that the (5 gallon?) water tank would last through several days because you had to pump it all out by hand through a tiny faucet. I also remember that the (turquoise) cooktop was the only cooktop we ever had in a trailer that had a pilot light.
