I think this guy needs a WD hitch and a little adjustment..

Or maybe overloaded, rear sure seems to be sagging. Doesn't look like there's any WD hitch.. and 2 batteries on the tongue can't be helping with TW. I wouldn't think that TT is very heavy though.....

Maybe his buddy with a big ol 4x4 lent him this trailer and he is going camping?? Not perfect but its gonna get the job done. Its an obvious axle flip on the trailer.
Don't really see any other laws being broken.. That Ford Exploder can handle that small trailer..
