I think this guy needs a WD hitch and a little adjustment..

Or maybe overloaded, rear sure seems to be sagging. Doesn't look like there's any WD hitch.. and 2 batteries on the tongue can't be helping with TW. I wouldn't think that TT is very heavy though.....

The road is crowned, if anything that's making it look more level than it is when the TV rear tires were in the middle of the road in the second picture. That rig was nowhere near level.
