Those weights are low enough to seriously consider keeping the tires. A lot heavier trailer would push me to replace them.
Some people go years and tens of thousands of miles on Chinese tires and never s problem. But some unfortunate ones have problems much earlier. As someone once said in a movie, you feeling lucky?
