If it buys peace of mind, go ahead and replace with Maxxis tires. I just did it on our Minnie which we've only had for just a little over one camping season. But, we're headed out in a couple of weeks for a 4K trip, and I just didn't want to take any chances and be in the middle of a trip and have to deal with finding tires and/or waiting for a dealer to get a set of tires that I want (not just whatever they sell). Likewise, I put new E rated tires on the truck, which I should have long time ago as they were P tires and not really rated for towing.
It's true that the OEM tires could last a couple of years or more, but why worry about them if you can replace them without having severe financial problems?
Good luck!
