While I'm not a fan of cheap tires I would probably run them another couple of years. If you tow fast, 75 plus I would replace them.
The sun seems to be the biggest enemy of tires and it sounds like you keep it indoors when not in use and cover tires when in the sun. I just don't trust cheap tires at high speeds.
