Ice makers
I see those little ice makers at Sam/Cosco for around $100. Are they worth buying and how good is the ice?

I used to use ice cube trays but received an Ice Maker for Free (long story, Just got a very nice E-mail from the person who gave it to me, I do things for her as well)...
As soeone said it does not keep ice frozen all that well, but as it melts the water returns to the water tray so it re-freezes it... And it means I have a bit more freezer room.. Ice production is not much different from the Rubbermaid trays but ... Well, more reliable.. Alas. Keeps my drinks cool.
