Nobody has it in for him, his numbers don't match the IDT press release, when asked for clarification he said he got overly defensive. It's easy to see he has made an error,and so far he is unwilling to correct it. That makes it hard to believe his lowered to 6K/axle limit. 6K and axle will preclude many pickups with a trailer or RV and nearly all class A and C RV's.

NO correction is coming. The numbers I gave were the numbers given to me by the IDOT person in Cascade who was in attendance at the meeting. I double checked with him before I made the original post and he verified the numbers. If you want to believe the IDOT website, that is your prerogative. However, if you want to see their own mistake in writing, then compare the IDOT sign on the north side of Horseshoe Bend vs the IDOT website. Amazing none of the numbers are the same.....
