we looked at one that had some features we liked, most of them seamed to be set up as party units, but thee was a 5th wheel one that had a nice bedroom and bath up front, the kitchen area was decent, then there was a loft over the first part of the garage, and the back part of the garage had two power queen beds that would drop. the bottom queen bed was different as it could be converted to a face to face table and the top queen was just a bed. it had a small bathroom in the back also. what I really liked is once you unloaded what you hauled in the back, there was a horizontal position for the ramp that transformed it into a large patio deck with railings
