OP ... did you mean a towable or a motorhome?
We have a small Class C motorhome and Winnebago did just above everything right in it, EXCEPT:
1. The water pump is very difficult to get at. The water pump should be easily accessible.
2. The converter should have a been a 3-stage one for better battery charging.
3. The spare tire is mounted up in between the frame rails in the rear just like in a pickup truck ... but it doesn't have that nice pulley and cable system to lower it like some pickup trucks do.
4. The front passenger seat should have been on a swivel.
5. The toilet should have had it's own water shutoff valve.
6. The propane tank cabinet is plenty large, so it should have had a 23 gallon tank instead of only an 18 gallon propane tank.
7. The front roof powered vent should have been reversible instead of only a single direction (out) fan.
8. Both roof vents should have been covered with secondary vent covers so that the sun wouldn't eventually destroy the vents.
9. The main clothing closet should have had an interior light.
10. The black tank should have had a built-in flush instead of having to offload the grey tank contents into the black tank to flush the black tank.
11. The interior area where the water tank is is plenty large, so the water tank size could have been larger.
12. The hot water heater could have been electric and propane instead of just propane.
13. The automatic entrance step should have been mounted more robustly.
14. The oven should have a pizzo-electric starter.
