While we have never rented out our MoHO, we did let a couple we have known for years stay in it when they had to vacate their home in florida. They were with us, on our land with full hook ups for just over a week. They were terrific and so was the bird they also brought along. If anything, our MoHo was cleaner than it was before they arrived. Yep, for them, I would do it again.
