You hear lots of folks complain about noise pollution, (if I can hear it at my campsite it's too loud) but everyone should also consider the effect of light pollution. If you light up my campsite and ruin the ambiance of the evening, then it's Too bright. It's one of the reasons I enjoy boondocking as much as I do.
